Lee Na-eun&rsquo;s agency has denied the duo&rsquo;s alleged relationship.

A Korean footballer and former idol singer have recently been swept up in dating rumours. The youngest member of South Korea&rsquo;s national <a href="https://www.hommessingapore.com/living/lionel-messi-recognised-best-football-player-in-the-world-with-ballon-dor-award" title="Lionel Messi Recognised as the Best Player in the World with Ballon d&rsquo;Or Award" target="_blank" rel="noopener">football</a> team Lee Kang-in was recently revealed by various Korean media sites as the new beau of former April member Lee Na-eun. The two were allegedly caught on multiple dates in November, especially around the time of South Korea&rsquo;s match against Singapore for the 2026 World Cup Qualifiers. The qualifying match took place on November 16, 2023, and saw the South Korean team beating Singapore by a clean score of 5-0.
According to the reports from Korean media site The Fact, the duo had been spotted meeting up and spending time alone together in the car park of the football team&rsquo;s hotel in Seoul. The reports stated that Lee Kang-in and Lee Na-eun had met multiple times, mainly in the idol-turned-actress&rsquo; car. The pair were said to have even visited Lee Na-eun&rsquo;s apartment complex for a date as well.

In response to these rumours, Lee Na-eun&rsquo;s label Namoo Actors has firmly denied the celebrities&rsquo; relationship, stating, &ldquo;We confirmed the relationship between the two, and they said they were no more than friends.&rdquo; With regards to Lee Kang-in visiting Lee Na-eun&rsquo;s apartment and their seemingly close relationship, Namoo Actors has said that the 24-year-old actress simply wanted tickets to the football game.&nbsp;

While Lee Na-eun&rsquo;s management has publicly addressed the rumours, Lee Kang-in has yet to put out any public statement. 22-year-old Lee Kang-in hails from Korea and currently plays for the South Korean national team and for the <a href="https://www.hommessingapore.com/fashion/g-dragon-peaceminusone-collabs-with-paris-saint-germain-fc-neymar" title="G-Dragon's Brand, PEACEMINUSONE Collabs With Paris Saint-Germain F.C." target="_blank" rel="noopener">Paris Saint-Germain F.C.</a> as a midfielder, alongside renowned football athlete Kylian Mbapp&eacute;.
Lee Na-eun made her debut in 2015 with the girl group April who disbanded in early 2022. The group was known for their cute, girly concepts, and Na-eun was well-loved as the member with a stunning visual presence, which has also led to her career in acting.&nbsp;
