Back in August, fans were given a teaser for A Good Day to Be A Dog, starring ASTRO’s Cha Eun-woo and Park Gyu-young. The duo appeared in a number of teaser posters for the show slated to come out in October. And with the first episode confirmed to premiere on October 11 on MBC, A Good Day to Be A Dog has been on our minds for a while. Perhaps the most exciting update about A Good Day to Be A Dog is the newest teaser image that showcases the two dreamy leads in a spellbinding new twist. The line across the poster reads “Our fate goes back further than I thought”, while Park Gyu-young and Cha Eun-woo are dressed in traditional Korean attire. The new teaser hints at a more complex tale that ties the fates of the two main characters together.
Based on a Naver webtoon by Lee Hye of the same name, A Good Day to Be A Dog is the story of young high school teacher Han Hae-na, played by Park Gyu-young, whose family has been straddled with an unfortunate curse. She turns into a dog for six hours, if she ever kisses another person. Knowing this, Hae-na has been actively avoiding her first kiss. But when a tipsy accident results in Hae-na planting a kiss on Jin Seo-won (Park Gyu-young), another teacher at her high school, she is left in a panic. So for you K-dramas fans who enjoy a splash of whimsy and comedy with your romantic moments, this show will definitely provide a good laugh.
