Following the extremely successful New Classics line-up, Louis Vuitton has unveiled the New Formals collection, a norm-defying range aimed at giving conventional business style a contemporary twist for a new generation of working men. 

The French luxury brand envisions the needs of a modern gentleman who works at the office or from home, catches up with clients over coffee or reaches out to them over the phone. Reinterpreted in four different designs and sizes, Louis Vuitton's take on the briefcase adds a trendy touch to all business ensembles.

One of the standout pieces is the Soft Trunk Briefcase. Boasting Louis Vuitton’s trunk-making tradition, it features iconic codes such as the lozine and metallic finishes. What turns it from a mere briefcase into an elegant business bag? We reckon it's the removable leather name tag, adjustable shoulder strap, and external patch pocket for easy access to documents. 

There are two versions of the Sac Plat Horizontal Zippé with a zip closure system, which brings to mind the Serviette briefcase. With two narrow top handles and a discreet LV signature, the attractively crafted Ombre Acajou leather version is accompanied by a monogram canvas name tag, while the Monogram Eclipse model comes with a black leather name tag.
